Over 90% of our produce comes from the UK, so we are confident of post Brexit supply in 2021 and we can trace all our ingredients back to source, something we are extremely proud of.
Our supply chain consists of local suppliers across the UK, carefully selected because of their quality produce. Our suppliers have a large portfolio of specialist food items including lactose and wheat free items together with an extensive range of diabetic products. We also have a wide range of religious suppliers nationwide that supply Kosher and Halal products.
We buy directly from farms through cooperative partnerships. Our Preferred Supplier List (PSL) is continually evolving as our Procurement team source the best quality produce for the best price.
