It is essential to us at Signature Dining that every dish that we serve looks and tastes as fresh and appetising as possible. To ensure that every resident is excited by their food Signature Dining train all of our chefs in the implementation of the IDDSI framework.
We undertsand the importance of presentation, which is why all of our texture modified meals are hand piped , never molded, to ensure that each dish is easily identifiable by residents and is of the same high standard as our main menu.
